Thành Trần is an experienced professional in sales and business analytics, currently serving as the Sales & Business Analytics Lead at Lalamove since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team covering nationwide sales and business intelligence, contributing significantly to transaction value in Vietnam. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Lalamove, a WMS Consultant & Project Implementation at Dat Nguyen Software Company Limited, and a position in SCM Solution Customer Experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk, focusing on customer service drivers and vendor coordination. Thành holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Hong Bang International University, and has completed training in Applied Data Science & Machine Learning at VNUHCM - University of Science.
