Alejandro Guadalajara has a diverse work experience in the sports industry, primarily focused on product management and leadership roles. Alejandro started their career at Yeeply, a marketplace connecting developers and clients, where they worked as a Product Manager from June 2015 to June 2017. During this time, they were involved in the development of LaLiga Fantasy, a popular gaming app.
In July 2017, Alejandro joined LaLiga, a premier professional football league in Spain, as a Product Manager in the Mobile & Gaming-eSport Area. Alejandro played a key role in the launch of new products, such as the LaLiga Assistant and the club apps project, which involved developing individual apps for all 42 LaLiga clubs to enhance fan engagement. Alejandro continued to excel in their role and was promoted to Group Product Manager in June 2018. In this position, they managed and led a team of product managers, focusing on the digital ecosystem of LaLiga. Alejandro gained valuable experience in managing people and building a cohesive and motivated team.
Recognizing Alejandro's skills and contributions, LaLiga further promoted him to Head of OTT Products in July 2019. In this position, they oversaw LaLiga SportsTV, a multi-platform product. Alejandro created a product team with more than 20 members, divided into different platforms (apps, web, and TV), consisting of product managers, developers, designers, and UX researchers.
Alejandro's career at LaLiga continued to advance, and they became the Head of LaLiga+ & Fast Channels in November 2022. In this global role, they were responsible for managing and coordinating various teams, including the Product Data Team, Content & Fast Channel Team, Product Team, Marketing Team, and Club Channel Team. Alejandro successfully spearheaded the streaming of the Qatar World Cup 2023 to thousands of paying users on the LaLiga+ platform.

Alejandro Guadalajara completed the Startup Executive Programme at IE Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws degree with a specialty in Corporate Law from the University of Valencia in 2016. Alejandro began their education journey at the same university, where they earned a Degree in Law with a specialty in Business Law from 2011 to 2015.
