Nicolas Garcia Hemme OLY has a diverse work experience in various fields. Nicolas started their career in architecture as an intern at Etra Arquitectos in 2013. From 2005 to 2015, they also represented Spain as a high-performance athlete in the Spanish National Taekwondo Team, achieving significant accomplishments such as a silver medal in the 2012 Olympic Games and a bronze medal in the 2013 World Championship.

In 2014, Nicolas joined LaLiga, where they held several roles. Nicolas began as a Project Manager in Strategic Projects and then moved on to become the Head of LaLiga Global Network from 2016 to 2018. In this position, they successfully established and managed a multicultural international project involving 50 individuals spread across 44 countries. Additionally, they were responsible for selecting and developing talent, managing budgets, and spearheading actions to promote LaLiga abroad.

Currently, Nicolas holds the position of VP of Strategy and Business Development at LaLiga North America since August 2018. In this role, they serve as the exclusive representative of LaLiga in the US and Canada, overseeing all business development activities.

Nicolas Garcia Hemme OLY attended Stanford University in 2019 to 2020, where they completed the REV Program in the Idea to Market (I2M) Program. In that same year, they also participated in a course at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business called "Leading in the Age of Data: Analytics for Strategic Decisions." In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Sports Management at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2016, they studied Architecture at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
