Michel Lopez

Michel Lopez is a highly experienced professional in the field of biotechnology and bio-ingredients, currently serving as a Senior Application Scientist at Lallemand Bio-Ingredients since November 2023. Prior to this role, Michel held the position of Global R&D Director at Eléphant Vert from March to October 2023, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices. Michel was also the Head of the Biotechnology Department at URD ABI - AgroParisTech from February 2020 to February 2023. Additionally, Michel served as Scientific Director at SAS IMPROVE and R&D Director for the Biotechnology Division at GROUPE SOUFFLET, managing comprehensive research programs and projects. Earlier career achievements include roles at Tate & Lyle, DSM Food Specialties, and Proteine-Performance, contributing to significant advancements in food biotechnology and enzyme applications.
