Olga Tymoshenko

Olga Tymoshenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and development cooperation. Currently serving as a Change Management Advisor at Lallemand since June 2020, Olga previously worked as a Knowledge Management Intern at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Partnerships and Development Officer and Consultant for public-private partnerships at SUCO, where initiatives focused on development projects in Nicaragua. Olga's background also includes significant experience with Sida as a Programme Officer, contributing to global poverty reduction and humanitarian efforts, and leading the BMEU project for USAID as Head of the office in Western Ukraine, aimed at enhancing business education. Olga holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University and Bachelor's degrees in Applied Psychology and Pedagogy and Linguistics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
