Romina Meloni is a seasoned professional in the wine industry, currently serving as a Technical Sales Manager at Lallemand Oenology since August 2018. Lallemand Oenology yeast production facilities are located in Grenaa (Denmark), Montreal (Canada) and Vienna (Austria), all certified ISO9002 version 2000. Wine bacteria are produced in an approved specialised plant (Pharmaceutical BPF) in Aurillac (France) and in Montreal (Canada).
