Andrea Alberti

Andrea Alberti is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Senior Concept and Feasibility Product Engineer at Lam Research, where responsibilities include sustaining plasma process improvements and supporting multi-scale modeling for semiconductor design. With a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Andrea has extensive experience in computational fluid dynamics and plasma modeling, acquired through previous roles such as Product Engineer and Graduate Research Assistant. Andrea's internships at NASA Ames Research Center, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the European Space Agency involved advanced aerothermal analysis, laser pulse modeling, and propulsion system simulations, respectively. Education includes a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa.
