Anuja de Silva

Anuja De Silva is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in materials and polymer chemistry. Currently serving as a Technical Director at Lam Research, Anuja has previously held positions as a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead. Anuja is also recognized as an Associate Editor for SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics. With a significant tenure at IBM, roles included Senior Technologist and IBM Master Inventor, focusing on advanced patterning and lithography materials development. Anuja's earlier experience includes work at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center as a Member of Technical Staff and a Post Doctoral Researcher, respectively. Anuja earned a Ph.D. from Cornell University and a BA in Chemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
