Arpan Mahorowala

Arpan Mahorowala is an experienced professional in the semiconductor and deposition product industries, currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Deposition Products and Managing Director of Customer Support and Business Group at Lam Research. Previously, Arpan held the positions of Logic/Foundry Product Line Head for Dielectric Films and Senior Director of the Deposition Product Group, as well as Lead Patterning Technologist and Director of Marketing within the same group. Prior to joining Lam Research, Arpan worked at IBM as a Senior Technical Staff Member and Deputy Director of the Semiconductor Research and Development Center, along with a role as a Research Staff Member at the T. J. Watson Research Center.
