Audrey Charles

Audrey Charles is our senior vice president of strategic planning and marketing. In this position, held since August 2020, she is responsible for aligning and driving our strategic priorities across the company in support of the company’s long term growth plan. Audrey ensures our strategic priorities, their execution and our strategic marketing activities are accelerators for performance by driving alignment, clarity and execution in the organization. Previously, she had been our senior vice president of Global Human Resources since February 2017. Ms. Charles has also served as vice president of corporate initiatives and chief of staff to the chief executive officer since September 2015. She has been with us since 1995 and has a broad base of experience, including engineering, marketing, customer management, and investor relations. Ms. Charles earned an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in applied physics from Dublin City University.
