Ben Heine

Ben Heine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supplier engineering and advanced materials development. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Lam Research since September 2016, Ben is adept in training and developing suppliers, overseeing new product introductions, and resolving complex issues related to ceramics, metal machining, and metrology. Prior to this role, Ben was a Senior Engineer at Applied Materials for nearly eleven years, focusing on the development of advanced ceramics and machining suppliers, and also held a key position as Supplier Quality & Reliability Program Manager. Ben's career began at Varian Analytical Instrumentation, where responsibilities included managing a fabrication facility for precision components. Ben holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
