Easwar Srinivasan

Easwar Srinivasan possesses extensive experience in engineering and product development, serving in leadership roles at Lam Research from April 2013 to April 2019, including Managing Director positions in Research and Product Development as well as Engineering and Global Product Support, and a role as Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Easwar held notable positions at Novellus Systems between November 2000 and July 2012, such as Director of Product Management and Marketing, where program management and problem-solving skills were emphasized, and as Senior Manager of New Product Development, successfully delivering high-performance products and platforms. Easwar's career commenced with a strong academic foundation, earning a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in General Management from the University of Oregon.
