Erich Klawuhn

Erich Klawuhn is a seasoned professional in business development and marketing with extensive experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Marketing at Lam Research since May 2024, Klawuhn leads the Deposition Product Group. Previously, as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Apeel from July 2019 to January 2023, Klawuhn oversaw a global business unit focused on plant-based coating products that enhance the shelf life of fresh produce. Klawuhn also held various leadership roles at View, Inc. from July 2009 to June 2019, contributing to the commercialization of dynamic glass, and served as Senior Director of Business Development at Novellus Systems, Inc. from June 1997 to July 2009. Early career roles included Product Manager and Process Development Manager at Varian Thin Film Systems from 1995 to 1997. Klawuhn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
