Federico Galli

Federico Galli is a seasoned engineer with expertise in mechanical design, specializing in the development of advanced metal deposition modules for atomic layer and chemical vapor deposition systems at Lam Research since June 2012. Previously, Federico served as a Senior Modeling Engineer at Novellus Systems, focusing on plasma-based semiconductor processing tools. Federico holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
