Ferra Wahyuni Barnes

Ferra Wahyuni Barnes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Lam Research since November 2020, Ferra oversees a team of 30 engineers responsible for Deposition products across US and Asia factories. Prior roles include Operations Engineering Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Ferra managed engineering teams focused on production support, and Sr. Operations Engineer at FEI Company, leading new product introduction projects. With earlier experience as an Engineering Project Manager at Ultra Clean Technology and a Product Engineer at FEI Company, Ferra has demonstrated expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and manufacturing readiness. Ferra holds a B.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University and an M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University.
