Polina Navotnaya is a Senior Process Engineer at Lam Research, with a history of experience as a Process Engineer 3. Previously, Polina served as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Engel group at The University of Chicago, where Polina designed and built an ultrafast spectrometer and trained undergraduate students. Polina has also held multiple Graduate Teaching Assistant positions, notably being awarded the Nathan Sugarman Teaching Award in General Chemistry. Other roles include Course Coordinator and Instructor at @rtifice Chicago, a Chemistry Tutor at Purdue University, and a summer researcher at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Polina holds a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree in Physical Chemistry from The University of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Purdue University.
