Roderick Mosely

Roderick Mosely is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Since September 2011, Roderick has held several key roles at Lam Research, focusing on supplier Industry 4.0 technologies, automated visual inspection capabilities, and strategic projects in materials technology. Prior to this, Roderick served as Director of Engineering for Operations Equipment Engineering at Solyndra LLC, overseeing a team dedicated to optimizing product equipment performance. Roderick also directed R&D Engineering at Jennings Technology, where a significant achievement was the introduction of the VacStatTM system for power utility applications. Roderick began a career in R&D Engineering Management at Applied Materials after earning a degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
