Brent D. Watson

Brent D. Watson, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Lamar Consolidated ISD, participating in the Emerge Aspiring Principal Program for the 2023-2024 academic year. With over a decade of experience in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, Brent held various roles including High School and Middle School Assistant Principal, Behavior Interventionist Specialist, and U.S. History Teacher, while also contributing as a facilitator and coach in multiple leadership development programs. Brent's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Houston Christian University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Prairie View A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Behavioral and Political Sciences. Prior experience includes mentoring programs and educational roles in both Prairie View A&M University and Waller ISD, emphasizing a commitment to developing youth and promoting educational improvement.
