Kayla Faust

Kayla Faust currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where responsibilities include designing and managing operational systems for attendance, enrollment, facilities, safety, and compliance, achieving over 96% KPI performance, and enhancing enrollment conversion rates by 9% through strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at KIPP SoCal Public Schools as Associate Director of Student Recruitment & Enrollment, where Kayla developed regional strategies for student recruitment and facilitated cross-departmental projects. Earlier positions include School Business Operations Manager and Dropout Recovery Specialist at Boston PIC and City Year, respectively. Kayla holds a Master’s Degree in Critical & Creative Thinking from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish from the College of Charleston.
