Al has more than 30 years of experience in the design industry. He entered the construction, architecture, and design field in 1988. His areas of expertise include programming, lease negotiations, schematic design, design development, initial budget development, issuance of contract documents, and construction administration. Throughout Al’s career, he has successfully delivered over 58M SF of architecture, corporate shell & core, and interior projects.
