Wendi Gilbert

Wendi Gilbert, AIA, is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as Associate Principal at Lamar Johnson Collaborative since October 2022. Previous roles include Architect at LEVER Architecture from January 2022 to October 2022, and Technical Director - Associate, Project Architect at Gensler from October 2019 to December 2021, where Wendi contributed to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures project in Los Angeles. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at MATT Construction and Senior Associate, Project Architect at Gensler, also associated with the Academy Museum project. Wendi's career began as a Job Captain at Frederick Fisher and Partners, followed by similar roles at Michael Maltzan and Studio Pali Fekete: architects. Wendi holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 1996.
