Kiani Lewis

Kiani Lewis began their work experience as an Executive Human Resources Team Leader at Target in February 2013. They later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Compliance and Operations Captain in August 2014. In January 2013, they became an Executive Team Leader at Target and held this position until May 2020.

Kiani Lewis then joined the Beaumont Independent School District as a Human Resources Specialist in May 2020 and remained there until June 2023.

In February 2024, they became the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Lamar University, and later moved on to the role of Director of Human Resources, which they currently hold.

Kiani Lewis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lamar University from 2007 to 2012. They also have additional certifications in various fields from Target, including logistics replenishment optimization training, ER regulations and investigations certification, regulatory and compliance certification, customer service training, OSHA compliance training, sales training, and human resources business college. The years of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
