Paul Howell

Paul Howell is a seasoned educator and professional with extensive experience in management and production. Currently serving as a University Instructor at Lamar University’s College of Business since January 2018 and as a University Lecturer since August 2016, Paul specializes in Production Management, employing analytical tools to enhance production systems. In addition to academic roles, Paul has been the Lamar University College Missioner and Outreach Ministry Coordinator at St. Mark's Episcopal Church since October 2010, where responsibilities include coordinating programs for the university community. Prior experience includes leadership positions at ArmorSource LLC as Vice President of Production, overseeing manufacturing processes, and a long tenure at UNICOR in various managerial roles, including Program Manager and Plant Manager, focusing on military equipment production. Additionally, Paul served in the US Army as a Captain in Field Artillery, where oversight of training and readiness was paramount. Paul holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Management from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Science in Business/Marketing/Management.
