Noémie Sichel-Dulong

Noémie Sichel-Dulong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at Sciences Po since September 2024, Noémie designs and delivers lectures in a Master’s program on Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. In addition, Noémie is the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Doctolib since June 2020, where leadership of an international team and the implementation of a data-driven hiring strategy are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Responsable Talent Acquisition at Thales and Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Solera, where Noémie oversaw recruitment strategies across multiple countries. Noémie also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition for EMEA/APAC at Axway. Noémie's educational background includes a DULCO in Russian and Arabic from the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales and a degree in Human Resources Management from Dynargie.
