Elizabeth Jodlbauer-Stewart

Elizabeth Jodlbauer-Stewart has worked in various roles in the real estate and insurance industries. Elizabeth currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Lamb Insurance Services. Prior to this, they were a Commercial Sales Producer at T.C. Irons Agency for over seven years, where they built a multi-million dollar book of business in real estate ground-up construction and redevelopment. From 2011 to 2017, they conceptualized and built City Wide Realty Inc from the ground up as the Owner/Director of Operations. Elizabeth has also worked as a Regional Property Manager at Morgan Properties, where they were responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a portfolio of 15 communities. Before that, they were a Director of Sales, Marketing, and Property Management at Dranoff Properties and a Property Manager at STOLTZ REALTY/MADISON APARTMENT GROUP. Finally, they were a Regional Property Manager at Scully Company, where they managed nearly 2000 units, rebranded/repositioned a Class A High Rise, and achieved an 8% occupancy growth during the slowest months of the year.

Elizabeth Jodlbauer-Stewart received their Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University from 1993 to 1997. During their tenure, they focused on studying Biology, Vertebrate Physiology, and earned a minor in Business Logistics. Later, they went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, although the start and end year are not provided.
