Karen Davis

Karen Davis is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Lamb McErlane PC since July 2017, Karen previously held leadership roles as President of SpheraDesigns, LLC and Chief Operating Officer at Value Prop Interactive, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and consulting for clients in diverse sectors. Karen's expertise also extends to strategic oversight from a contract position as Director of Operations at Merion Matters, and managing operations at Herff Jones. Beginning a career in operations as Co-Owner and C.O.O. of Spherical Concepts, Inc., Karen has developed strong skills in process improvement and team management. Educational credentials include a Masters in Leadership Development from Penn State Great Valley and a BS in Business from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, supplemented by real estate sales licensing.
