Christien Zeijlstra is an experienced innovation manager and project leader with a diverse background in product development and business strategy. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager for Ambient & Appetizers at Lamb Weston EMEA since December 2018, Christien focuses on exploring new business opportunities in Ambient Potato Solutions. Previous roles at Lamb Weston included New Business Development Manager and Project Manager, where Christien led initiatives in strategic innovation. Christien co-founded Good Root Bakery, a pioneering startup that garnered an Innovation Prize in London, and has played vital roles at Philips Engineering Solutions and Philips Research, leading multi-disciplinary teams in various product development phases. Christien holds a BSc in Industrial Design Engineering and an MSc in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology.
