Maite Loyola serves as the Product and Process Manager at Lamb Weston EMEA since February 2022, overseeing the potato flake product portfolio and enhancing product functionality through tailored customer solutions. Previously, as the Product Innovation Manager at Pacha de Cacao from June 2021 to January 2022, Maite led New Product Development and addressed nutrient loss in cacao juice. Prior experience includes a Research and Development internship at DFE Pharma, focusing on extrusion technology, and roles at Nestlé that encompassed quality assurance and sensory analysis. Maite's career commenced with a Food Safety internship at Grupo Bimbo. Maite holds a Master of Science in Food Technology and Processing from Wageningen University & Research, a Master's in Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
