Elizabeth Bourbon

Elizabeth Bourbon has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Managing Counsel at Valero Energy Corporation since April 2003, following a role as Managing Counsel in an in-house practice at a major U.S. company. Prior to Valero, Elizabeth worked as Counsel at ConocoPhillips from November 1998 to March 2003 and spent six years at the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission as an Attorney, where responsibilities included serving as a Hearings Examiner and managing significant projects related to hazardous and radioactive waste disposal. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from Rice University.
