Matthew Hedberg

Matthew Hedberg currently serves as Counsel at Lamb Weston, an industry leader in frozen potato products, since February 2024. Previously, Matthew held the position of Corporate Counsel at Jacksons Food Stores from June 2018 to February 2024 and was a Shareholder at Bullivant Houser Bailey from March 2010 to May 2018. Early in the legal career, Matthew worked as an Attorney from July 2002 to March 2010. Prior military experience includes service as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy from August 1992 to August 1996, where responsibilities involved analyzing digital communications signals and providing critical intelligence. Matthew holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and two bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Crime and Justice Studies from the University of Idaho, completed in 1999.
