Amanda Vance

Amanda Vance, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at SePRO Corporation as both a Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Executive. Amanda also held the position of Human Resources Manager at RevOne Companies, where they demonstrated their expertise in the field. Amanda has experience as a Human Resources Contractor at American Water and as Compliance & Human Resources/Executive Assistant to the President at Education Affiliates. Amanda has also worked as a Conflict Specialist/Paralegal at Frost Brown Todd. In addition, Amanda has experience in program management as a Program Director for the Re-entry Medicaid Division at the Indiana Department of Correction. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development at Purdue University, expecting to graduate in 2023.
