Kaustubh P.

Kaustubh P. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kaustubh started their career as a Pharmacist at Medx Pharma Chemist and Druggist in April 2020 and worked there until July 2021.

In 2021, Kaustubh completed an internship at NuLife Pharmaceuticals, where they gained knowledge about the operations of the plant and the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products.

Kaustubh then moved on to Sahyadri Hospitals, where they held the role of Clinical Data Manager from July 2021 to September 2022. As a Clinical Research Coordinator in SCRDC, they managed clinical trials, handled documentation, and facilitated EC notifications from October 2022 to March 2023.

Currently, Kaustubh works at Lambda Therapeutic Research as a Regional Clinical Research Associate. In this role, they are responsible for conducting selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at clinical trial centers. Kaustubh ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, develops study procedures and methodology, and designs data collection tools.

From 2021 to 2023, Kaustubh attended Welingkar Institute of Management where they pursued a PGDM degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management.

Between 2017 and 2021, they studied at SINHGAD COLLEGE OF PHARMACY and earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree with a focus on Pharmacy.

From 2014 to 2016, Kaustubh attended MIT Jr. College and obtained an HSC degree in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Kaustubh also obtained several certifications:

- In September 2022, they received a Professional Diploma in Clinical Research (PDCR) from Catalyst Clinical Services Pvt. Ltd.

- In April 2022, they completed the Basic SAS certification from Sas Institute.

- In December 2021, Kaustubh became a registered pharmacist through the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council.

- In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Pharmacovigilance from Pharma Literati.
