Troy Martz

Troy Martz has a diverse work experience in the field of UI/UX design and development. Troy is currently working as a Senior UX Developer at Lambent, a Boston-based software company. In this role, they utilize AI to deliver occupancy analytics for space optimization at corporate campuses and colleges.

Prior to their current position, Troy worked as a UI/UX Product Designer & Developer at their own company, Martz Tech, since 2003. As a private contractor and freelance consultant, they completed numerous design projects with a focus on UI/UX design and HTML/CSS integration. Their areas of expertise include real-time automation systems, trading platforms, e-commerce, blogs, contract management systems, and voice systems. Troy also has proficiency in information technology, information hierarchy, wire-framing, flow charting, content creation, and content management systems (CMS).

Troy's previous experience includes working as a Design Team Manager and UI/UX Designer at The Miner Network from 2018 to 2020. Here, they designed and built responsive UI/UX templates using Illustrator and integrated them with Vue.js for blockchain technology.

Additionally, Troy served as a UI/UX Designer at OfferSavvy from 2012 to 2014, where they helped raise start-up capital and led Agile/SCRUM meetings. Troy also worked as a Designer at Digital River from 2002 to 2003 and as a Network Security Specialist at SAIC from 2000 to 2002.

Troy Martz began their education at Arizona State University in 1990 and completed their Bachelor's degree in the School of Agribusiness & Environmental Resources in 1995. Following this, they pursued continuing education at UC San Diego from 1997 to 1999, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

In addition to their formal education, Troy Martz has obtained certifications in their field. Troy received a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Permaculture Design Institute in June 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
