Richard Corby has over 30 years of work experience in the property and asset consultancy industry. Richard has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as Regional Director/Head of Office at Henry Butcher & Co from 1985 to 1999. Richard then went on to become a Founding Partner at Corby Kane Howard Partnership Ltd. trading as HBSV Chartered Surveyors from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they served as the Managing Director - Commercial Division at CSH Property Consultants from 2002 to 2004. Richard then joined ES Group as a Partner/Head of Office from 2004 to 2015, and later transitioned to become a Director and Head of Office at the same company from 2013 to 2015.
