Alejandra Arguelles

Alejandra Arguelles is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Jefe de Selección y Desarrollo at LAMBI since August 2018. In this role, Alejandra focuses on providing top administrative and union talent, ensuring compliance with profiles, health, and values through specific filters. Additionally, Alejandra develops effective training and development plans that yield a strong return on investment. Prior to LAMBI, Alejandra held the position of Gerente de Reclutamiento y Selección at Workforce Mexico from May 2014 to August 2018, where the responsibility included managing three business units dedicated to recruiting and ensuring timely coverage of vacancies alongside candidate satisfaction. Alejandro also worked as Coordinadora de Staffing at Workforce Mexico from 2011 to March 2014.
