Gerrit Rindermann began their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer for Embedded Systems at Mechaless Systems. In 2013, they moved to CERN as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA as a Software Engineer. In 2016, they became the Chief Technology Officer of Spartan SAS. In 2017, they were appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of OneApp. Since 2019, they have been the Co-Founder & Head of Engineering at Lambs, a company on a mission to make everyone feel their best day after day just by upgrading their everyday clothing.

Gerrit Rindermann completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences Giessen-Friedberg from 2007 to 2010. Gerrit then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science at the Freie Universität Berlin from 2010 to 2013. During 2011 and 2012, they also took courses in Computer Science at James Cook University. In 2014, they took a gap year and traveled around the world.
