George Tsourouflis MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial modeling and commercial real estate. Currently serving as Director of Financial Modelling & Commercial Neighborhood Retail at LAMDA Development S.A. since July 2020, George previously held the position of Investments & Portfolio Director at Intercontinental International REIC from March 2018 to June 2020. George has also worked as a Principal - Chartered Surveyor at American Appraisal, providing valuation and financial services as a freelance consultant, and managing financial operations for the Municipality of Argostoli. George's career began as a Valuer-Analyst at DTZ and SouthEast Real Estate, and included early experience as a Bank Teller at Hellenic Postbank. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University.
