Panagiotis Asproulias

Panagiotis Asproulias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement within large-scale infrastructure and redevelopment projects. Serving as the Senior Technical Advisor and Contracts & Procurement Director at LAMDA Development S.A. since April 2021, Panagiotis provides strategic advice for Europe's largest urban redevelopment initiative, “The Ellinikon” Project. Previous roles include Contract Manager at NKT, Contract & Claims Manager at GE Renewable Energy, and Head of Contracts at AKTOR SA, where oversight of significant projects such as the Attica–Crete HVDC interconnection and major motorway constructions in Qatar was performed. Panagiotis holds an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King's College London and an LLB from The University of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering.
