Bethany McShepherd

Bethany McShepherd is the Head of Innovation at LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art), where they develop strategic projects in Knowledge Exchange, Research, Enterprise, and Innovation. They co-founded Blank Cheque, an initiative that partners with Women's Centres to create empowering artistic experiences for marginalized women. With extensive experience in fundraising and programme delivery, they have held various leadership roles, including positions at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and the Bush Theatre. Additionally, Bethany is currently a part-time PhD candidate at Newcastle University, funded by the Northern Bridge Consortium.
