Keegan Greenfield has a diverse and extensive work experience. Keegan started working at Spark New Zealand in 2014 as a Communication Consultant, where they stayed until February 2017. In July 2017, they joined Tuatahi First Fibre as a Delivery Specialist, supporting the Customer Care Team with complex requests and managing fiber installations. Keegan then transitioned to the role of Operations Solution Lead in July 2019, focusing on identifying and implementing process improvements within the company. In July 2021, they became the Customer Innovation Lead at Tuatahi First Fibre, a role they still hold, where they are responsible for driving innovation and providing leadership in customer-oriented initiatives. Additionally, they briefly held the same position as Customer Innovation Lead for a short period from July 2021 to August 2022.
