Heidi Davis Chrm

Heidi Davis, CHRM has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heidi started their career as a Front Office Manager at Ramada Mall of America in 2006, where they supervised a team of 15 employees and maintained efficient guest data and management reporting. Heidi then worked as an Operations Manager/HR Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group-Candlewood Suites from 2009 to 2012, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing policies and procedures. Heidi joined Noble House Hotels & Resorts in 2012 as a Human Resources professional, where they handled recruitment, payroll duties, and employee orientation. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Administrator at Morrissey Hospitality Companies, responsible for recruiting, creating standard operating procedures, and maintaining HRIS system. Currently, Heidi is working as a Human Resources Director at Lamex Foods, Inc and performs payroll and benefit administrative functions, handles recruiting efforts, and establishes policies and procedures.

Heidi Davis, CHRM has completed a Human Resources Management Certificate at Cornell University. Heidi is currently studying for the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification at the Human Resource Certification Institute.
