With a background in software engineering, management, and coordination of R&D projects, Javier brings a wealth of experience in multimedia solutions, media quality, and network upgrades. Javier holds a Master in Mobile Communication, a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering & Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering.
