Shelley Hazam

Shelley Hazam has extensive experience in technical documentation and team management. Shelley worked at ForeScout Technologies as a Technical Publications Manager for over 17 years, where they successfully managed numerous complex releases for over 60 products. Prior to that, they held positions at Comverse Infosys, ACA Architectural Design and Computer Aids, Ltd., and Technical Documentation Solutions (TDS) as a Technical Writer and Team Leader. Shelley also worked as a Senior Technical Writer at MC Mor Carmi, Ltd. Shelley later joined CyberX Labs as a Technical Publications Manager, Microsoft as a Senior Content Manager, Gong as a Senior Content Writer, and is currently employed at Laminar as a Product Technical Writer.

Shelley Hazam attended Temple University from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in Journalism. Their field of study during this time focused on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
