Elena Persidskaia

Elena Persidskaia is an accomplished M&A and Corporate Development professional with a strong track record in the e-commerce and banking sectors. Currently serving as the M&A and Corporate Development Leader at Lamoda Group since July 2022, Elena has successfully analyzed over 50 investment opportunities, leading to multiple acquisitions and partnerships. Previously, at Sberbank from May 2019 to June 2022, Elena completed four M&A deals exceeding €130 million and prepared extensive investment memos for the Supervisory Board. In addition to significant project management experience, Elena mentored junior team members and collaborated cross-functionally to structure complex deals. Prior tenure included a role at EY, focusing on valuation and financial analysis within the TMT industries. Elena holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation and has recently completed a program in M&A Success Strategies at INSEAD.
