Leslie Watts -Welch

Leslie Watts-Welch has been with Lamons Manufacturing & Service Co. since April 1979, starting as a Branch Manager in Beaumont. With 39 years of industry experience, Leslie has since transitioned to the role of Business Consultant. Holding a degree from Lamar University, Leslie also served as an Operations Manager in the Beaumont location, overseeing continuous improvement processes and employee training. Additionally, Leslie managed sales accounts for a local Beaumont business.
