Laura Michael

Laura Michael is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software support and web development. Currently serving as a Software Support Technician at LaMotte Company since October 2014, Laura provides IT support, conducts software and hardware testing, troubleshoots SQL database issues, and trains end users. Additionally, Laura has a background in the US Navy Reserve as a Web Developer and Aviation Electrician's Mate, where skills in troubleshooting and electrical systems were developed. Previous roles include web development positions at C2 Technologies and General Dynamics Information Technology, as well as graphic design and internet technician roles at JPMorgan Chase. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Web Design, a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-Media Design, and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design.
