Darren Jay has a robust background in the retail and merchandising sector, beginning with an Assistant Merchandiser role at Marks and Spencer from September 1987 to October 1997. Following this, Darren held the position of Product Executive at S R Gent from October 2000 to October 2005 and subsequently served as a Commercial Executive at Stirling Group until December 2008, focusing on the Womenswear Division and later on Warmwear, Nightwear, and Holiday Division.
