Andrew Conard is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering, currently working at Lamp Rynearson since January 2018, focusing on collection system projects and wastewater treatment plant upgrades in Kansas and Missouri. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a senior project engineer at Larkin Lamp Rynearson and held the position of program manager for WASH at Samaritan's Purse, where responsibilities included overseeing water, sanitation, and hygiene programming.
