Diana Kerian

Diana Kerian has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and training within the retail and internet sectors. Since August 2011, Diana has served as the Director of Sales and Customer Service at Lamps Plus, focusing on enhancing the customer experience. Prior roles at Lamps Plus included Director of Training and Quality Assurance and Senior Internet Manager, where Diana was responsible for call center training and quality assurance. Before joining Lamps Plus, Diana worked at Automated Laundry Systems between August 2007 and December 2009, holding the positions of Internet Training Manager and Sales Representative & Project Manager.
