Italo Riarte

Italo Riarte has a strong background in finance and business. Italo is currently the Head of Business & Finance at Lana, a position they have held since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Banco Bci as a Financial Innovation Manager from July 2018 to February 2019. Italo also has experience as an Operations & Data Engineer at AFEX Agencia de Valores Ltda. from February 2017 to July 2018, and as a Product Manager at AFEX CHILE from February 2014 to January 2017. Italo began their career as a Research Assistant at Centro de Investigación en Finanzas (CIF - UTDT) in January 2014, where they stayed until December 2016.

Italo Riarte attended the Instituto Nacional General José Miguel Carrera from 1996 to 2007, where they pursued their education in Educación Básica-Media. Later, from 2009 to 2016, they studied at the Universidad de Chile, earning a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial. During this time, they also completed a minor in Energías Renovables from 2011 to 2014 at the same university.
